Private Room

$1650 per month. private room is located on the 1st floor Includes one large windows. It comes completely furnished with a full size bed , a private bath, two night stand, large dresser, a desk, very large closet, private full bathroom, 32 inch TV with DVR Cable, wireless internet access, house phone with unlimited local and long distant calls, private HEAT/AC system, wood floor, one person room. Parking in driveway.

Private Room

$1800 per month. private room is located on the 1st floor Includes two large windows. It comes completely furnished with a king size bad, a private bath, Large six-drawer dresser, a nightstand, TV, large closet, wireless internet access, house phone with unlimited local and long distant calls, wood floor, central air and heat, one person room with privet refrigerator. Parking in driveway. 

Private Room

$2200 per month. private room is located on the second floor of the house includes two large windows, completely furnished with a full size bed, two night stand, large dresser, privet large walking closet, a desk, private full bathroom, 27 inch TV with Cable, wireless internet access, house phone with unlimited local and long distant calls, private HEAT/AC system, and large balconies. In addition, access to roof top deck, one person room with privet refrigerator. Parking in driveway. 

Private Room

$3000 per month. private room is located on the 1st floor Includes two large windows. It comes completely furnished with the lattes technology of Latex king size mattress and orthopedic pillows, a private large bath with a large luxury Jacuzzi tub, Double sink with marble top, Large six-drawer dresser, two nightstand, a computer desk, two large walking closet, wireless internet access, house phone with unlimited local and long distant calls, wood floor and central air and heat. one or tow person room with privet refrigerator. Parking in driveway. 

Upon Arrival and Before Admittance      

• Must be sober 
• Must agree to all SYNERGY SOBER HOUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS and sign all the contracts.
• Must make a full payment  for the 1st month's rent. Price depends upon your choice of bed and availability.
• Must pay $100.00 as a Security Deposit.

Rent must always be paid in advance. Residents who desire to continue their stay, must report to the manager and must pay for the following month at least three days before the last day of their rent cycle. Residents who would like to leave must notify the manager at least 7 days before the last day of their intended departure for a refund of their security deposit. Rent will not be refunded for those residents who leave before completing their commitment. Any resident who leaves owing a balance will have their accounts referred to a collection agency.
